Our Services
Center-Based Employment
To provide work instruction and supervision, developmental training, and supportive services, enabling individuals to increase their independent functioning and provide specific skills training and employment opportunities to reinforce good work skills, habits, and attitudes through contract work. Individuals are paid by Big Lakes.
Work Group Services
To provide on-the-job training and support to individuals within a workgroup on community-based contracts. Individuals are paid by Big Lakes.
Community Employment Services
To assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment in an individual placement in competitive employment. Individuals are hired and paid by the business in which the placement is made.
