PARTY IN THE DESERT

On Friday, June 20th, we turned up the heat for our Summer Client Party with a Party in the Desert! The day was packed with delicious food, fun activities, and of course, nonstop dancing to all of our favorite music!

Planning kicked o back in April, after the Client Steering Committee chose the theme. From there on, our clients and staff worked together to bring the desert to life! They made cacti out of different materials like paper plates and pool noodles! It really felt like we were transported to the desert!

This year’s activity was a colorful sand bottling station. Clients picked what colors of sand they wanted for their own desert-in-a-bottle. We’d like to thank all of the people that made

our event so successful! A huge shoutout to our generous sponsors, the Dean Coughenour Trust and the Big Lakes Foundation, for making this celebration possible. Special thanks also goes to Friendship House for the incredible grilled lunch and delicious refreshments, and Dave Lewis for the perfect party beats that got us dancing the whole time!
